The only thing that kept me from writing a 5-star review was that many other engineering, not in the R&D team, seemed to be doing a lot of menial work."

"I worked for Hydroid for six years. When I started there, it was a small well organized company but after being purchased by a large foreign corporation conditions rapidly deteriorated. Management is often unable to make timely decisions and communication between departments is virtually nonexistent. Upper management blames the dysfunction on rapid growth, engineering blames management for not allocating resources, and production muddles along with little support from either."
