"This company has historically exaggerated its market place financial position in order to entice candidates it has focused in recruiting. Be prepared to have formable goals assigned with fairly tight timeframes to achieve or exceed the expectations set by the companys president; then not be given the tools or resources to achieve these goals."

"Hydrotek systems was founded by an individual who creatively applied their engineering background into producing a niche market product. The company was successfully created as a Mom & Pop Shop employing both the founders friends and family as its foundation management and production team. As a result the organizations ability to consider or apply out of the box strategic thinking or enhancing manufacturing efficiencies to accommodate any increase in production required to meet acceptable customer delivery expectations hindered marketing and sales personnels ability to effectively achieve goals both personally and organizationally."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Empower the management team to apply processes and manage their departments as necessary to gain and maintain credibility with their department personnel without circumventing their direction given to department personnel undermining credibility as the department manager.Allowing the core management team to perform the jobs they are hired to do without having to focus on being second guessed and redirected through micro management of the company president will increase the organizations ability to continue its former success far beyond the company's expectations."
