"A great place to start your career as a design engineer and get your feet wet with customer support. You will have the opportunity to learn to design heavy industrial fabrications, interact with customers, and how your design decisions work in the field through your customer support. It is a small division, with a fast paced workflow that demands multitasking. Learning is on the fly, but everyone is very helpful. Unfortunately the parent company is large and inflexible in salaried compensation."
