What do you like about working at Hydrapac?
"When the company existed I enjoyed the comradery and the special relationship we had as a team. We were always very proactive to the changes in the market and we were well respected by our clients and others in the industry. As a team we were able to duplicate the company's sales year after year for four years straight."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"This question is not apllicable since the company no longer exists."
What don't you like about working at Hydrapac?
"The economy made our industry very unpredictable and that made the day to day operations difficult to manage. The type of company we had required large investments in infrastructure which made it impossible to sustain under these conditions."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I was part of the management and truthfully there was nothing that could have been done differently to change the final outcome."
