"The atmosphere at HYDAC is comfortable, and many employees stay with the company for 20+ years. However, most of the positions at HYDAC are dead ends so there is a high level of frustration and turnover for the majority of the workers. Overall the employees are great to work with. The work is demanding but fulfilling. HR is not truly a resource for the employees to utilize, instead, it is a bit of a trouble trap."
