"Ive worked at Hycor Biomedical for almost 2 years. The work environment is amazing and friendly. Everyone is willing to help each other out. Look forward to becoming friends with many of them as it is family oriented and cultured driven. However, the management is poorly structured. HR team is disappointing and never gets anything done. They care more about results than the process and do not care to reward their current standing employees. Turn over rate is high and many people leave. If you're looking to gain experience without advancing in your career then this is for you. Just be open to sticking to the same pay and status as all new incoming employees."
