"I find Aimbridge Hospitality to be great ownership to Hyatt Place Norcross. The hotel needs management improvement within the hotel. Maintenance needs improvement also. I love my work environment but don’t feel like I was trained and given the tools to do my job exceptionally."

"Our property was purchased by a private investment firm in December of 2017. The culture has changed since the company took over. Although all senior management is treated with respect, we are used to more recognition and value with the previous company that owned the hotel. There is also no more room for advancement as the company has no corporate structure being so small."

"Working for this particular location would be great if we had a structure supportive team. I for one like the company and employee benefits however this location is dysfunctional. Being in an environment that does not know how to run a hotel adds added stress and wear on ones mentality."
