"I worked for Hunting from 2013 to 2016 and again from 2017 to 2020 (laid off both times). This is a very good place to work. Compensation is decent (though not competitive) and they offer a flexible work schedule due to the family atmosphere. However, not much opportunity to cross train or advance. I often felt that many of my skills were not used or valued."

"I worked for Hunting for about 1 1/2 years. I was originally contracted to work there for 6 months. They pay was not that good but the benefits were fantastic and made the pay worth it. Hunting bought smaller companies and I think that there are still growing pains. Smaller divisions still ran as mom and pop companies and there is not a lot of cohesiveness between divisions."
