"I worked for Hunting from 2013 to 2016 and again from 2017 to 2020 (laid off both times). This is a very good place to work. Compensation is decent (though not competitive) and they offer a flexible work schedule due to the family atmosphere. However, not much opportunity to cross train or advance. I often felt that many of my skills were not used or valued."

"don't waste you time unless you have someone working there that you can trust"

"the fact that it seems everyone is related to everyone else in upper management and it is hard to get an idea across or an opinion heard and management will not stand by you in a tight."

"get rid of the relatives in the company and stop the gross nepotism"
