"Loved working with manufacturers(in China) to create problem free product, training the technicians both in house and at dealerships national and international on support and repair of the product line."

What don't you like about working at Human Touch?

"The narrow mindedness of the upper management to see the big picture. Also not able to see the value of a focus group to reduce the cost of goods and adding value engineering to each product line, there was a possibility of 25 % cost reduction per product line."

"management need to focus on reducing the cost of good from the manufacturers and expand sales of the global market ."
