"I enjoyed working with the prisoners, and they got a very good education. Most of them actually graduated high school."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Make sure that you learn about gangs, and about what the prisoners needs and behaviors can be. Make sure that you refer all behavior problems to the officers and other staff on duty, as it is not the teachers responsibility to take care of these issues, which I had to learn."
What don't you like about working at HSA?
"There was not a lot of career or salary advancement, as you had to get new certifications in teaching to get raises."

"Is actually doing an absolutely amazing job educating the prisoners - Was an amazing job to work at."
