"I worked for Hullmark from 2015-2019 and experienced the company moves through a vast growth phase. I joined when there were 8 employees and now there are 40 over a 4 year period. The CEO is a natural leader which is fortunate considering he inherited a family business but is relatively young and inexperienced to run this medium-sized company. I see the company continuing to go through some pain during it's continued growth stage but will eventually level out and find it's a niche in Toronto's competitive real estate development market."
