"Don't bother at the moment. Hughes has lost a number of major contracts and currently has too many people."

"Hughes has developed a corporate culture in which large teams are assembled to do anything but by the time you strip away the layers of managers and the junior people who are not yet technically knowledgeable, there are only a few left to do the work."
