3.6 I have worked at HUB International for 3 years now as a financial analyst. The company does a great job with it's outreach to Employees across the board, and the has very nice internal insurance. HUB functions by acquiring small insurance brokerage all over the US, so no 2 offices function the same way. There is not a lot of upward mobility, and management at any one office is very limited with their hiring abilities and compensation capacities.
