"I loved my work but management doesn't like women or smart people. Correction, they like dumb women who flatter the men on a daily basis and flirt. There is no employee training. There is an overall lack of infrastructure for the company. No employee orientation. The Human Resources administrator has no HR experience and was put in that position when they terminated the experienced HR Manager when they cut over 200 jobs in 2018. She runs straight to upper management if you have a confidential meeting with her and discloses everything you spoke about. Most departments are understaffed and there have been no raises for over 2 years. No raises slated for 2019. The building has tons of empty cubicles. The owner stated in the company meeting at the beginning of February that he wants to sell the company next year - I know, I couldn't believe he said it out loud either. They have some new ATM they are trying to rollout this year to save themselves from the Citi contract that was holding them afloat but Citi insisted they re-negotiate two years before the end of their current contract."
