"I've worked with Head Start of Greater Dallas for 2 years and this is currently my third school year. I've enjoyed meeting the new children and families I continue to build rapport with. My department and colleagues are basically another family. We uplift each other, educate one another, and provide guidance. Working here is a constant reminder that I am continuously learning and growing no matter how many courses I take or degrees I have. Being able to change the lives of these children brings joy to my heart and knowing I am educating their parents and families has its rewards too."
