"It is a straight forward tutoring company that allows students to freely ask instructors questions. As an instructor you can learn the material you are going to teach and as you keep working you get the opportunity to get good at standardized exam materials. So, if education is the field that you want to get into, it is a good place for college students to earn experience while earning money due to their flexibility. Unfortunately that is where the job ends, so it is not the kind of position that one chooses as a career for life."
