"As a previous intern at HP, I can see that they are making a huge effort to give meaningful projects and to find talent in young employees. There is an ongoing transfer in knowledge that they are trying to push as they are bringing in new talent and as tenured employees start to retire. Although there is a lot of mentorship and support for junior engineers, company culture and benefits as well as the work must shift to accommodate the changing needs of younger people."

Vice President of Finance

"Working for HP since March of 2011 I have seen massive change. An Environment where I have been able to contribute and have my efforts recognized has been very rewarding. As the CFO for AMS, representing half the global revenue and more than 60% of global operating profit I have helped shape the current organization from both a Finance organization perspective and a total organization outcome. A recurring challenge with HP is the continued material restructuring and the impact it has on employee morale. Overall a great learning environment for professional will to take a risk."

"I've worked for HP, Inc. for over 13 years. I've been on about 5 different teams. The people I've worked with are great. The company has had some ups and downs and is currently on a downward trend, especially with printing. There is a new CEO, who came from printing, and it will be interesting to see where the company goes with this change."
