"I have worked in CESaC for about six months before I graduated from University of Denver with master degree. It is a good place for students to touch the practical knowledge outside."
"I have been working here around seven months and the environment is constantly changing due to a high turnover. Poorly selected staff; poorly evaluated current processes and procedures; poorly executed change management; and poorly managed people have resulted in a poorly evolved reduction in the workload. The situation was bad when I started. But it has only gotten worse since no one is concerned with listening to what is happening before they just make changes that result in an even worse situation."
