"I like the location, it's close to the metro, I like the benefits and the pay, I like the patient relations, I like my hours, I like how generous they are with food."

What don't you like about working at Howard University?

"I don't like the rudeness of other employees, I don't like the lack of team work, I don't like the fact that your boss does not stick up for you,I don't like the lack of support from doctors even when you are new to the hospital. I don't like the rudeness or tardiness from doctors, I don't like the unfair disciplinary actions taken by upper management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest weekly meetings, and even weekly training sessions to improve the employee relations as well as the patient relations."
