"No I did not. It was work and the hours were horrible."

"No. Each person has to make their own path these days."

"The hours and the pay were horrible, but it was close."

"None. They wouldn't listen anyways. We tried once unsuccessfully."

"There were good worker and great supervisors to answer your questions."

"Its a great company to work for I would of liked to see them offer more benefits and retirement."
What don't you like about working at Decko Products?
"The amount of lay offs in the couple years I worked there."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Nothing I enjoyed my job and the people I worked with."
What do you like about working at Era Living?
"The people and the residents. My job as a housekeeper doesn't suit my experience and education level."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Show that your a people person and that you care about the well being of retired individuals."
What don't you like about working at Era Living?
"Era Living is a great company. Sometimes I feel the prices are too high for the residents. I know one resident paying 13,000 a month for his wife's care and his independent living space. I feel that the salaries for the employees are at least two dollars short an hour of what they should be."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would make the salaries matching to the companies quality of care and appearance. I would have a store inside the buildings for the residents to buy things at a inexpensive price. I would have the food at a higher level, which didn't include high fructose corn syrup and out of the can foods as much. Less artificially flavored food."

"I liked the good relation between the boss and his employees."

"the other employees"
What do you like about working at Attic Angel?
"We all work well together, as a team, sharing ideas and excellent customer service to our residents."

"Be yourself, remember everything you've learned from your past jobs and try to convey how that might help you in your new job."
What don't you like about working at Attic Angel?
"I wish there was more room for growth within the company, depending on a person's interests and background."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To meet with employees, individually and find out where there interests are and where they'd like to be. Share ideas on how to get there."
