"I'm afraid that this hotel has an identity crisis, was built in 1920s and is having problems trying to do business & find what kind of restaurant they would like to become. Also, you're working with very little supplies, under staffed, odd hours of operation and an unwillingness from the kitchen to make changes to accommodate their customers."
