"Some of the people are fantasic. I love the people"

"Good luck. Your selling your soul to the devil himself."
What don't you like about working at Chili's?
"Everything. Unfair work environment stressful. Favoritism over anything. Managers dont keep employee confidentiality. Never work for chilis in kissimmee or brinker international. Theyre all experts in getting around the labor laws and will send you home even if you are scheduled to avoid paying you overtime and paying for medical. Unless your ready to sell your soul to this company, its not worth the pay. Workload, or stress. If you reach overtime they will edit your hours and remove the overtime so they dont have to pay you. Theyre disgisting kitchen and silverware is also a nightmare!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop the favoritism and unfair work ethics. Stop revealing confidential employer info to other employees"
What do you like about working at Romano's Macaroni Grill?
"I really enjoyed the fast-paced environment, being on my feet, and moving around. I also enjoyed the face time with customers and being vital to the inner workings of the business."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"When you show up for your interview or even to simply fill out an application, dress to impress. Be professional, and never bad mouth a previous employer. Any such complaints should be done with tact and responsibility such as, I learned very much in the area of inter-personal communication. Let everything be a learning experience that has improved you for the future."

"There was not very much focus on team building and development."

"As a manager you must lead by example. Any codes of conduct for the staff must be exemplified and done with the utmost in excellence in order to breed success and leadership in an organization."

"Waiting on tables is a good job while working through school. Tips are based on amount of effort you put forth."

"As economy weakens, management tends to do things that puts more pressure on servers to perform."

"Find alternate ways to save labor. Locations of restaraunts in areas that more people will come."

"New people, fast paced, cash tips, flexibility in my schedule"

"Don't expect any forward or upward movement any time this year"

"Coworker accountability, fairness in rule enforcement, micromanaging bosses, and lack of communication among managers"

"Everything. I would alter most of the coportate rules that are in place currently."

"There wasn't much for me to do other than just standing by the door welcoming people in."

"None at this time, There is nothing I can find that I don't like about the company."

"I would have fired more people then they did when I worked there because of laziness but overall it was quite good."
