"Hiring partners and HR seem to believe they are still in control of the employment market, although there is more than ample evidence that it is a job-seekers market. This behavior directly contributes to the company’s inability to attract and retain viable long-term talent. Implementing successful low cost leadership strategies requires that better decisions are made throughout the value chain, not simply on employee salaries."

"I worked for HMSC for 5 months. There are many positive aspects to HMSC as a whole, but few to speak of in regard to working in the legal department itself."

"This is the worst type of company to work for. They change direction every day. Yes, every day. Deceit and deception runs through management's veins. The workload is unimaginable. Do yourself a favor and think twice before applying here. It's a lose-lose situation for you."

"Think long before you make the decision to work here. Management will drain the life out of you. Turn over is a really big problem here. Expect to work at least 10 hr days 6 days per week. You will not get any training. You will get no support. You will get constant complaints from agents, educators, and contractors. Don't do it to yourself."
