"Health insurance is meager. I can purchase the same policy myself online for the same price. If you are a worker bee - only 1 week of vacation after 6 moths and thru first year. (Then 3 weeks after first year.) Lack of infrastructure and support from HR and other supporting internal organizations."

"All in all it's a great place to work. A little heavy on bureaucracy, but understandably so."

"Focus on architecture and soft dollars projects, and profit margins and quality will both increase."
