"The high level of solidarity that joins the teams in order to be able to accomplish their jobs. It truly provided me with an education on how to protect myself from a self-serving manager."

"Do not bother unless you really need the money. If you take the job, immediately start looking for your next opportunity because there is no possibility, map, or interest by management for employee career growth! Negotiate hard upfront for salary and benefits (medical, vacation, etc.) because your yearly increases will be minimal, if any!"
What don't you like about working at HOPS International?
"Except for a seldom few, the complete incompetence that is demonstrated throughout senior management. It is very disheartening to see a company bleed money, time, and employee moral by making bad decision after bad decision!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Take the time to really listen to your employees, not just pretend that you do. Be present, it is very hard to truly know what is going on at the workplace if you are never there. Update your tools, they are somewhat behind the times!"
