The company is small and has high standards in serving its many customers with the best quality irrigation pump system products and maintenance services to keep the equipment functioning well for a long time. The pay and benefits are above average and the managers work hard and are fair. The company still is strong since the early 1980s. It is the real deal at Hoover, we need to work hard to earn our customer's business and I am fine doing that."
