"The company needs to restructure its management philosophy. Its Business structure is not consistent and the company does not practice good business morals and ethics. The company lies to its customers,vendors and employees. Hoover Industry has high turnover.The company is no longer being managed by the original founder and I will estimate that Hoover Industry will go on the market for sale in less than 3 years."
