"I feel Homie has a good business model but lacks in training their employees to fit that business model. I was hired under full disclosure that I needed training prior to starting the position I was hired for. I did not receive that training. I was told I was trained but the company has yet to roll out their training program to its employees. Have one or two meetings over the course of 5 months going through their expectations of the job position, in my opinion, is not job training. I was laid off due to company restructuring with COVID-19"
