"Corporate management has horrible communication skills; they only every focus on what's going wrong instead of what's right so that you know what direction they want you to take things. When they tell you what's wrong it's completely up to you to guess on what to do to make it right; and if you're wrong, you will be fired, so watch your back!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Open up communication, direct reviews better so that it actually reflects the employees' abilities instead of just blanketing that nobody will ever receive a top review no matter how hard they work."
