"Very small company and good team on board; however, leadership micro-manages every project. No freedom to let creative juices flow. Although management says you are expected to drive your own bus they will slam on the breaks every time you take the wheel, and then question you when you don't reach your destination on time. Very tense working environment due to manager's attitude and lack of respect for employees."
