The two main highlights would no doubt be how they treat their employees and how they treat their customers. As an employee, we received very competitive benefits and compensation. They also highly encouraged teamwork and regularly gave out recognition for a stand out performances within the company. You could also tell how valued their customers were. They worked very hard to understand their borrower's needs and do everything they could to ensure a positive customer experience."
