"When I worked at Homestore, the .com world was still booming and only beginning to feel the crash. Homestore treated its employees very well and we had a lot of fun, while working very hard but enjoying our work. Things have changed quite a bit for Homestore since I've worked there. They are now Move.com and I do not know anything about their culture and work environment."

"Know and understand the real estate industry."

What don't you like about working at HomeStore.com?

"Internet industry was shakey and the market affected the company. Our executive team practiced unethically at times which caused much hardship."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"No suggestions since the company is completely different now and I don't have enough information to give advice."
