"They will sell you on their “dream” plans of being the best in a single family. They’re seriously making this up as they go along and it changes daily. Management takes zero ownership and plays the blame game. Promises training to have everyone up to par, you may get some YouTube videos if you’re lucky and not ignored. Open to feedback but when you try and give it you’re told the time for feedback is over. Too many chiefs changing rules and expectations on the spot. Zero communication you will be left in the dark. No team atmosphere, every man for himself. I have been with the company for a year and it’s been an absolute nightmare. Every day deflated, discouraged, and disappointed. They do not care about their employees, it’s very clear by the way you’re treated and high employee turnover. I have worked for large companies and small companies and never felt like just a number until I started here. Does not pay industry standards and has no commission or bonus structure. No recognition only negative feedback. The most toxic culture I have ever been a part of or witnessed. I almost feel complicit but due to the circumstances this company has put me in, it’s been almost impossible to leave. Town hall meetings consist of executives patting each other on the back. I’m constantly watching talent exit and jump ship. Don’t buy into the remote work or make your own schedule - you will be micromanaged to the extreme and made to feel worthless. Constantly bullied by upper management who will not communicate or give clear direction. They do not listen and do not care. Read all reviews before you make your decision there are some great people that are still scattered around. I wouldn’t even leave a review like this but this is how horrible I have been treated. It really saddens me to think of a company I have been affiliated with that can treat people so poorly and not care that they’re affecting your livelihood. I do wish positive things for the company and my friends still stuck"
