"HORRIBLE...RUN! Company was ok at first, culture appeared to be positive, etc. Training was minimal and useless. Trainers did not know the jobs or systems they were Training on. Each trainer had a different view. Then the company went public and it got REALLY BAD. Good managers and employees were leaving, everything was about the numbers and employees were no longer important. Then the mad mass layoffs started. Every few months more people were gone. The remaining employees are worked like slaves and have taken benefit and pay cuts. Management doesn't know their right from left hand and they are all YES men/women in fear of losing their jobs. Unanimous view amongst long term mortgage employees is Worst company ever to work for. You're better off flipping burgers instead of putting yourself thru this.RUN!!!!!"
