"Truly one of the most egregiously discriminatory companies I've ever encountered; what's most disturbing is that both the executive and HR teams turn a blind eye. Comments like "we're too busy dealing with other issues to address right now," and "oh, that shouldn't be happening, sorry!" are common responses to serious offenses. We're not talking about someone burning popcorn in the break room, but senior level male employees sharing photos of women and asking for "feedback", temper tantrums that escalate into workplace violence, open discrimination (I only want fresh, young people on my team; he's too old to learn anything new; she's so boring, she'll never be promoted), and executives reading aloud during a meeting (with the caveat that anyone who might be offended should leave the room because "I don't want anyone running to HR"). There are certainly teams and departments that function quite normally and effectively, but that other teams are dysfunctional to the point of being illegal does bode well for a long term career here."
