This particular company has a very high turnover rate and has gone through an extensive amount of employees in less than 24 months. And when I say extensive, I mean more than 125 employees in less than 24 months."

"Lack of communication, support, feedback, reviews, written and/or verbal warnings and inadequate managerial knowledge from the owner. Extremem dysfuctional working environment."
