"If you have patience and don't expect to move to a new position then proceed. If not then I would look elsewhere where there are more opportunities."

What don't you like about working at Holman RV?

"I have to work outside in all weather conditions, hot cold, rain, snow, ice, high winds. Somedays its hard just getting to your unit to clean it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take care of the people who put your company in the position it is in. Not by giving raises, but by talking to them to see if there are things that I could do to make things run smoother and make your job more enjoyable."
