The company has been in business since 1843 and has been innovating every year to meet customers demands. The company has really family feel with the way they treat their employees."

"Poorly managed company on all levels of management, as seen from the manufacturing floor. Vindictive and compensating for their lack of by taking work leisures from hourly employees. Terrible local HR group: their main focus seems to be on discipline and pushing off work on to a 3rd party for any questions. Constant hostility between management and the union workforce. This used to be a good, safe place to come to work every day years ago, but because of corporate greed, unnecessary levels of engineers and management, quid pro quo, an HR team waiting to pounce on disciplinary action rather than help employees, mill managers more worried about making hourly workers uncomfortable and keeping chairs out of the break rooms, rather than assisting necessary productive goals ... point is, I wish the job market was better because this place has become a cancerous company with the only thing that keeps me coming back for more is the paycheck."
