"Railroad applications take some getting used to. Basically good people who resent new ideas. They heavily incentivise travel, which is counter to doing things right the first time. That took some gettting used to, but learnmed to roll with the punches."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Emphaise doing it right, rather than traveling to make it right.After shipment costs ---- through the roof"
