Wake up and spend some time with the HR department regarding the abuses of the Florida Regional Manager. She is a monster that will eventually cost the company dearly in broken relationships. Also, look more closely at the ethical issues revolving around lease commissions that she grabs up. She likes to paint the picture that she Saved a deal, when she had done nothing more than her job (negotiate lease language) in order to justify a commission split.
