"I've worked for Hoist Fitness for several years the employees are friendly and passionate about their work. They have very poor communication and lack organization which tends to make work complicated. Employees are overworked and underpaid with most individuals having to take on multiple task including their original task thus creating a very stressful work environment. The owners have no respect or regard for any of their employees they will walk right past you without saying a word you can greet them and they will act like they even don't hear you."
