"Company is more technical and older project management based and therefore suggest prospective employees have current technical skills, for example be Revit capable. Good place for younger architects to develop their technical skills."

What don't you like about working at Howard, Needles, Tammen & Bergendoff?

"Detached management, poor lines of communication, poor training. single outside design direction is not condusive to broad participation by design individuals."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Develop a strong proceedure for bottom up and top down communication. Develop techniques for more staff/ management interaction. Be more open to creative individuals and provide an un-intimidating environment for them to work.."
