"HMSHost HR department is possibly the worst I have experienced in my entire career. The turn-over is absolutely horrendous and can only point one way... management and leadership. From my research, other airports have the very same problems, like Charlotte Airport. Mr. CEO, wake up ! It is a clear reflection of your leadership and forthright. I am so disappointed working here for numerous reasons but I am looking to get out. The working environment and conditions are unbearable."

"I love the excitement at the airport, working with all the different customers and associates."

"Come in knowing what your getting into.... all the reviews are right on."

What don't you like about working at HMSHost?

"Upper Management has no clue. They have Monday Thru Friday 8-6 schedules and the rest of us are left working on our days off and constant phone calls."

"Employee moral company wind needs major improvement. I would make more improvements to help employees feel valued."
