"Honestly one of the most hostile work environments I have ever seen. The "owner" treats the people like property, insults his employees openly to vendors, manufacturers, and even other employees behind their backs. The vacation policy is absurd, and the health insurance is horrible. You will be expected to be "on-call" 24/7 but you won't be compensated for it, regardless of your position. No one here is happy, and everyone walks on eggshells every day. The max capacity of this facility is 13-14 people, and 12 have come and gone in the past 12 months. There is no HR department to take your concerns to. You will be promised the moon, and never get it. They like to say the employees receive a bonus at the end of the year to offset a lower starting salary, but I have yet to see anyone actually get one. You will be micromanaged to an extreme degree. Do yourself a favor and skip this place."
