"Be familiar with government contracting because even though my role was Finance, I spent most of my time initiating and monitoring contracts."
What don't you like about working at The Henry M. Jackson Foundation?
"Once my salary hit a certain level, I was basically told that that's it that I would be extremely limited in raises going forward. Also no chance for upward mobility unless I transferred to another program or to the headquarters, either option meant almost certainly relocating out of state."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"None, really. It is a great company doing fantastic work and they treat their employees well. It is not their fault that I hit the top of the pay band."
