"Don't show up. If you really need the job until you get on your feet, use a lot of praise and admiration, especially to the Top Dog, and agree to all you hear. Seriously, look past the personalities and study the organization. It shouldn't take you long if you know the industry."

"Lack of professionalism, lack of organization, lack of responsiveness, lack of customer service, lack of understanding of the target marget and an overall lack of leadership."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Remove the current President and hire professional management on all levels."
