"I love being able to mentor the students on my team. I enjoy putting on events and to enable others to share in that is amazing."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Ask to meet people in the department. Once you meet the kind of people that Hope hires you will fall in love with the University."

What don't you like about working at Hope International University?

"I have two positions at hope. My second one is in the University Mailroom. At this job we just went under new mangament. He has worked hard to try to keep me with him, but all of his promices have been empty and his ethics are some what in question."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Communication between departments is so important. You need to have a desire to see the whole picture and not just what your department needs."
