"I was able to do some design modifications. I learned ORCAD PSPICE very well. I did some very productive design and development work. I got some excellent experience there."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure that there is really a position open that they need to fill."

What don't you like about working at Hitachi?

"I had some lag time inbetween projects that was unproductive. If I went back there, I would push to make sure there was no lag time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Please make sure that I have enough work to do. I should always have assigned work. Perhaps there should be due dates that are negotiable if necessary."
