"It seems like the CEO wants to your job duties every other week. High Employee turnover, perhaps because of the incompetence of C-level employees. By now it must have had 100% turnover or more, mostly from quitting employees. A harrowing tale for such a small company. CEO is not trustworthy - she will promise you advancement, but then hire over you. It is suspected that she lies to clients when pitching sales. It also feels like she constantly gaslights you, going back on her own decisions when they are bad ideas. She pretends she has no idea where that decision came from and blames it on a lower level employee, that's how it looks. CEO hired many unqualified people into C-level positions recently, in my opinion. Her Chief Medical Officer has obviously never held a job before and spends most of his time being pompous, giving incorrect information to clients or cleaning his nails with his teeth. It seems that 2 senior management positions were filled by folks who seem to come from a failed company."
