VDC Engineer

"Small company, they attempted to expand far too fast and in the end it came crashing down. Management when I first started was pretty good, they cared for their employees and asked everybody's opinion before making company wide changes. As time went on, many of the good upper level employees left to seek different employment, as they trickled out, the overall atmosphere started to go downhill."
