2.6 Hillsborough County School District is a large organization and my current position is within a middle school. Compared with my experience in other districts, HCSD seems to be slowly making the transition to the 21st century. I think they are a bit behind the times, but are making great strides to close the gap. My experience with them has been a positive one overall.

3.5 The school district seems unorganized and has poor communication between teachers to support staff to administration. Administrators need to be more professional. Administrators expect teachers to magnify the positives. The administration should do the same for their teachers.
